One of my favorite things is to go out in public here in Thailand. Everywhere you turn, you will see beautiful Thai people with big smiles. I often wonder why we smile, when most of our lives are very simple and humble compared to the rest of the world. I then realize that our simple lives and culture are what makes us smile. Being outside the mainstream alows us to really enjoy life and accept everyone for who they are and not for what they have.
